Grace House

Grace House was established in 2003 and provides emergency shelter to 10 individuals. It is recognized by the brightly colored exterior and provides a comforting, supportive and safe environment for residents to move forward on their journey. Residents at Grace House have access to support from Resident Support Workers, a Transition Planner and Manager who are all readily available to help overcome barriers and move forward in obtaining permanent housing. Grace House offers laundry and shower facilities, a kitchen, a resource library, computers, Wi-Fi, and a resident phone. Additionally, Grace House is home to Neema, a cat who provides emotional support to our residents.
