St John House

St John House was established in 1983 and provides emergency shelter to 27 individuals. It is located beside The Community Kitchens and within walking distance of all necessary downtown amenities. Residents have access to laundry and shower facilities, a resident phone, Wi-Fi, computers and access to donations. They have the support from Resident Support Workers, a Transition Planner and Manager who work hard in assisting them in moving forward in their journey. It is a safe space, that allows residents to work on goal they have self-identified whilst looking for housing opportunities.
